Receptionist

We’re seeking someone who is great on the phone, who has excellent analytical skills, and who is a serious multi-tasker. If you are self-motivated, truly enjoys providing superior service, loves taking pride in your work, we may have a position for you!
The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, providing customer service, and processing invoices. Responsibilities will also include documenting job files and assisting with daily tasks which will be discussed during the initial interview.
Position requirements:
• HOURS * 30+ hours/week Mon- Fri flexible
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• QuickBooks Accounting experience (at least intermediate level)
• Office or Customer Service Management experience a plus
• Possess polite phone etiquette, confident and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills. * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Proficient with typical office hardware (i.e., phone, fax, copier, back-ups).
• Ability to learn new software, including Quickbooks.
• Strong organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience in the Lumber, Construction, or Cabinet Industry is a plus!
