Payroll duties to include processing payroll & all tax payments accurately & in a timely manner; HR duties to include processing & set up of new hires, associated paperwork, insurance enrollment; A/R duties to include making deposits and posting A/R: billing duties to include some invoicing; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook, QuickBooks, Lotus a plus; benefits include paid vacation, sick & hoiday, health & life ins, 41K plan.
