We are seeking driven, motivated individuals who are not afraid to be on the phone and can serve as administrative assistants. This position requires attention to detail. You will be in charge of giving clients updates on their cases, answering questions, obtaining information for Attorneys, and just assisting the client in any way they may require.

Summary of Position:

The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative, office, and clerical functions including:

-Receive and process vendor invoices and internal check requests.
-Receives phone calls from vendors and other departments in regard to payment status of invoices.
-Reviews vendor statements and resolves any and all unpaid issues that remain unpaid.
-Handles open payable file and matches invoice to check and all reception tasks as needed including directing and logging all incoming calls, handle incoming mail, etc.
